Designed and developed a task management web app using PHP/mySQL for internal use. Requests come in via a Wufoo form. Utilizing the Wufoo API, the web app checks to see if there is a new request and stores it in a database. Each task is listed in a row. From the main “dashboard” view, the task can be assigned to a user, updated with a status ( pending, review, design, etc… ), or archived. Each task has detailed data associated with the request that can be expanded or collapsed.
As an Art Director at an IT firm in DC, created the 2008-2011 design for ThinkProgress.org which is ranked in the top 15 of all blogs by Technorati and gets millions of hits a month. Awards it went on to win: 2009 Webby Awards Official Honoree, and 2009 W3 Gold Award.
Since 2008 until end of 2010, have maintained the Drupal, mobile and social media websites for The Century Council. A non-profit in the DC area that encourages responsible drinking. Website receives tens of thousands of unique hits a month.
Created the design and e-commerce store for a tea shop in New York. Based on the x-cart platform this online shop was redesigned from the ground up. Included information about the physical location, products and a jQuery based rotating promotion area.
